Our success lies in our simple yet elegant cuisine prepared using seasonably grown and sustainably raised food cooked with modern French styles and honoring classical technique. Following nature’s lead, chef Vincent changes his menu with the seasons, using the freshest ingredients locally grown, are used as much as possible. Chef Vincent firmly believes a dish is only as good as its ingredients.
