The Auberge’s director, François Peloquin, is a graduate of l’École Hôtelière des Laurentides with a wine steward degree. His greatest joy is finding the rarest pearls to add to his incredible collection.

Feel free to ask for tips from our sommelier Jean-Yves Bernard, He is always happy to divulge his greatest secrets.

Ask our Maître d’Hôtel Guy Lelièvre, best sommelier in Québec in 2001, for a visit of the wine cellar. He’ll show you our many different sized bottles, ranging from a piccolo to a double magnum!

The Auberge du Lac Morency is proud to announce that it is now the proud owner of its very own vineyard. 2500 new vines were recently planted on the resort’s lot and our own wine should be ready come summer.
